Your holiday destination, Strandperle Villa, is located directly at the white sandy beach with an unobstructed view over the Baltic Sea and is only 200 m from the centre of the old, beautifully restored seaside resort, Bansin.

The apartments

You have the choice of two stylish and comfortably furnished summer apartments with a size of 40 and 70 m², and suitable for two or four people. The offered fully equipped apartments have a parking or garage space.

Apartment 15 is located on the fourth floor of the house and can be reached directly by an elevator. Immediately above, there is the smaller apartment 15a. It is accessible from the fourth floor by stairs in the apartment.

Both apartments have a direct, beautiful view over the Baltic Sea and the beach.

Free time and recreation

Usedom is a natural environment perfect for sports such as swimming, surfing, kite surfing, golf, horse riding, hiking, cycling and many more. Of course, the white sandy beach always invites you to relax and enjoy the sun any time of the year.

In addition, the island offers many interesting excursion destinations, such as idyllic small fishing villages or places surrounded by phenomenal nature as well as museums and castles.

It is also possible to visit neighbouring Poland and enjoy trips by boat from the Bansin pier.
