The small bungalow is a wooden house with a size of 30 m² with a spacious winter garden. It is located at the second half of the complex.
The house is equipped with a living room with a double bed and an open kitchen, a winter garden with a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. In addition, it has an open sleeping gallery with a single bed. Access to it is possible by stairs, and does not have a standing height.
The house is designed for a maximum of two adults with one child.
